Pandora Hearts - Episode 1

The story started with Oz Bezaraeus punished by someone for his entire existence. The whole place was covered by darkness, though a low light was shining on the middle. Introduction
In his coming-of-age ceremony, Oz sneaked out from his maids with the help of his childhood friend Gilbert. Oz, with his younger sister Gilda and Gilbert were looking around the mansion. They visited the venue of the ceremony, and Oz noticed and stared at the Tranquil Clock, feeling nostalgy with fear on his face. Someone on their backs was whispering about the prophecy of the fated one who will break the tranquility. As they turned Oscar, Oz's uncle grabbed and invited them to his room.
As his uncle, Oscar will be the one to host the ceremony because of the absence of Oz's father. Oz asked Oscar extension for his playing time. Oscar let him go but warned Oz that he'd call a "Chain of Abyss" on him if he fools around on the ceremony.
Oz sees Gilbert as his friend, so with Oscar's help, he gave him a tailored made uniform for him to wear on the ceremony. Gilbert refused to do it for he was just a slave, though Oz still pushed him. As they chat, Oz heard a melody and tried to follow it. He fell to a secret plot and noticed a golden timepeace.

As he held it, he had fallen into an illusion with a girl, who was at first missing him, then suddenly wished for his death. The girl let Oz feel fear, and promised that she will kill him in the end. Gilbert helped Oz snapped out of it, and told him that he was just staring blankly. Oz brought the Timepiece with him as they go back for the ceremony as well as pushing Gilbert to go with him.
The story ended with Gilbert being controlled by someone, while Oz was busy changing for the ceremony.

Impressions..

For a story that falls in the mystery genre, I give it a two thumbs up! Covering only the first chapter, It didn't give alot of information about the story, but its really normal for mystery stories (they want you to want it scheme!) and it really makes me read the manga for that. The OP fits the story for its mysterious tune. Haven't bothered to listen Ed though, I was excited to blog :D

I can see that Hatsu-Aasa fansub was trying to mimic the Pandora Hearts logo, though they failed to perfect it in my opinion. The subs was really good as they have followed the most basic thing in subbing: readable.

Predictions.. (note I haven't read the manga)

This is a mystery, so I'll give my predictions. On the introduction, I think the one who was punishing him was Oscar. I really have no basis, but I want to believe that it was really Oscar. I think the story would be aligned that way.
The timepiece owner was a Bezaraeus, and was somehow connected to that Girl.

Riko-chan shows up on To-Love-Ru OVA

The first episode of To-Love-Ru OVA is all about boobs~ ahh, let me rephrase that, Riko-chan :D If you haven't read the manga, Riko-chan is the female version of Yuuki Rito thanks to Lala's invention magnificent inventions.

I can't give a proper review(cause its still in RAW!!), so I'll just post some cool screenshots

K-ON Episode 1 Review

A very ordinary (clumsy! lazy!) girl, Hirasawa Yui is the main character of K-ON! Just turned into a highschool student, Yui decided to join a club for a change. It's hardly for her to join any clubs for having no interest at anything except sleep, eat, etc. 4 weeks had passed, still she hasn't decided on a club.
Akiyama Mio (Bassist) and Tainaka Ritso (Drummist) are bestfriends who swore to each other to create a band, though Ritso was the most into it. Mio tried to join the Literature club but Ritso torned her application (that's what a bestfriend do.. really!). Ritso forced Mio to join the Light Music Club, but its on a "To be dissolved" status for all members had graduated already. Yui encountered Ritso and Mio on the faculty room, and overheard about the club, though she was more busy being paranoid than think about it.
Ritso decided to revitalize the club, hooking Mio ofcourse. They managed to get one member who is also a music enthusiast, Sawako Yamanaka (Organist). The three of them brainstormed to get another member so that the club wont be dissolved. Luckily, Yui got curioused about the club thanks to the poster and tried to apply.
Even without experience in music, except that clumsily playing a castinet childhood memory, Yui joined the club. At first, everyone misunderstood about her music skills, but she managed to speak up. Everyone still accepted her as a member of the club just to save it from getting dissolved. Yui didn't mind about being accepted just to save the club, or she just doen't know how to think.

thoughts

This episode didn't really give me much excitement, except the parts where they performed for Yui and Yui speaking out about her zero experience on music.

Yui is an unbelievably clumsy girl, though she really is quite kawaii, but clumsily.. lol.. For Ritso, I find herthe leader of the band. She managed to hook Mio and and inspired Tsumugi about that fake promise of making a band. Mio kinda reminds me Yui on To-Love-Ru. They have similarities. Tsumugi is a rich chick, though very simple minded.

Overall, it was really good. Looking forward for the next ep, and oh yeah, love the Ed.

Tower of Druaga: Sword of Uruk episode 12 (End)

The anti-cliche anime Tower of Druaga second season has ended, though was really brief for an ending. I haven't done a review of any of its episodes, so i'll just have it summarized this post.

Jil was betrayed by Kaaya, and had gone up to the second tower with Neeba. Though Kaaya didn't really wished to do it to Jill, its just to save his Grandfather, King Gilgamesh, yeah she's royalty. Kaaya's real name is Ishahara, descendant of Ki the oracle who helped Gilgamesh to kill druaga (history!). For Neeba, his reason to climb is to become the new Druaga and challenge Ishtar, though it was only revealed at the end.
Six months had past, since Kaaya and Neeba left, and the spirit of Ki was finding Jil to ask him to also climb and stop Neeba and the Succubus. Jil, Fatina & Utu with a new recruit Henaro managed to climb up the first tower and met Melt and Coopa on the top floor so freakin rich. Because of some circumstances with a roper, Melt's rich life ended. Another fake druaga appeared at the tower throne though weak. Inorder for them to get to the 2nd tower, they have to defeat it once again.

They managed to defeat the fake Druaga, and climbed to the next tower, although Henaro was hostaged with Ki by some Sumar Empire pips/freaks. They reached the second tower and struggled to climb up, though it wasn't really up, cause they were only finding a door for every floor (kinda like bomberman for me). They also had to deal with some Panzu's dolls, who were suuppeeerr strong. They managed to catch up with Neeba and Kaaya who climbed the tower for 3 weeks (time problem?). The tower's time is different on the real GMT one lol.

Henaro betrayed the group and secretly took control of Panzu's dolls, for she was his unloved daughter. Henaro brought the 2 of the dolls to Gilgamesh's shadow (Tower Boss). Neeba managed to get to the top with the help of Ki and the Succubus. Jil and the others catched up using one doll who was tamed by Kally.

Neeba and the Succubs fought with Gilgamesh's shadow though failed and merely died. Jil and the other's also managed to fight the Shadow, though were easily knocked out except for Jil. Jil won back Henaro by saying lovely speeches (cliche) and she fought against the shadow, though easily KO. With Ki's help, Jil defeated the shadow and the King Gilgamesh was saved from his immortality.

It was almost "happyily everafter", but Neeba managed to get hold of the blue crystal rod and killed Henaro. Neeba joined the two towers and made it a weapon to attack Gods. He destroyed a mountain and attacked the sky (hes target was really unclear), and Ishtar was fighting back. Jil managed to get to Neeba's location with the help of Kaaya. Neeba was already into transforming to a Druaga, and provoked Jil to attack him. Amazingly (yeah that's the word) Jil defeated Neeba, though his armor was stripped. He won because of his speed in my point of view. That armor really improved his agility! The story ended with Kaaya giving praise to Gilgamesh as a hero (just that) and held hands with Jil. bg song 1st Season OP

It was really unsatisfying, and the second season had less scenes to lol about. That's all I can say (what a long review :D)

To-Love-Ru 142 Manga

Another LMAO ecchi~~ chapter has completed my week :D falling panties..

The LOL's goes to Yui, from a very embarassing experience, though this types always happen in this story. ^^

Yui scolded one of her senpai, who's style really sucks for me, for wearing a wig (what you call that type? elvis like? dunno..) Her sempai didn't listen to her, and Yami showed up to save the day and also destroy it.

Yami-chan attacked sempai's hair and accidentally cut Yui's panties. Yeah PANTIES! Yami-chan noticed that Yui's pantie fell, though late to tell Yui. Yui noticed that air was freely flowing between her legs (I'm really laughing while typing this ^^). She then looked beneath her and discovers her panty was missing. Probably buying a new owner ^^

Being so paranoid, Yui panicked and thought of going back to get her panties. She me Rito on her way, panicking more cause he might know that shes not wearing one. The wind blew from the opened window, thankfully (sadly!!) Rito didn't noticed because Lala called for his attention. Yui got back to where she lost her panties, discovering that the panties wasn't there. I told you it went to buy a new owner.Yui heard the principal saying "This smell.. The taste.. I cant take it anymore" and freaked out!, though he was only eating bread. Yui gone out and met Oshizu also Rito and Lala on the side with a dog.. yes a dog (lucky!).. Oshizu freaked out seeing the dog (lucky!!) she used her "willpower" to rise everything. As a very good boy, Rito tried to give help to Yui who was knocked, but accidentally saw her bnzzA.. If you can read that then your pretty clever, or just perverted lol.

A tettle hit Rito and knocked him out, I think Yami did it. In the end Yui failed to get her panties back.
Panty-san: I found a new owner (Yami) Wear me, wear me!!!

Reading the first chapter of the manga didn't really give me the details about the story, and I was sort of confused. I had to read the wiki to fully understand the plot, which I find interesting enough for me to watch. I'm really starving for Action, Fantasy stories right now.. (can't find my HunterXHunter DVD /sob). The Manga artwork is nice, though I'm still looking forward to the real thing especially the music ^^

It really sucks losing your internet when you badly need it. I just reached my boiling point thanks for the frustration given by our internet provider. Just last thursday morning the internet flew away from, and I was really excited to post something here. The connection came back this morning (monday).

Globelines broadband.. the best at getting your internet down for a couple of days, telling you the same excuse: "We are on Restoration, to make our service better" my ass. If I could, I would really change to another ISP, just that I'm not the one paying for the service.

I've had other frustrations from Globeline's service. The first thing that pops out in my mind while typing this is having a Shared IP address (only the last digits differ). The frustrating thing about shared IP's is its pack one pack all system; if one is marked as spam, so as everyone.

To ease myself, just watching some of my favorite animes really do the job. I'ts really perfect to unwine myself from the frustration^^

More Trouble!

I've been thinking of what Anime should I watch this spring, never knew that there was another trouble coming :D

To-Love-Ru is having an OVA release and it will be up on the 3rd of April. Would have never known if I didn't do the search, and also thanks to Moetron's list.

For my thoughts, here goes:

I didn't really like the last To-love-ru Anime cause it didn't align with the manga, although its still moving with the same direction. The manga is really a lot better!!

I did like the music and the voices ~~ohh Tomatsu Haruka~~ yeah I find her voice really cute, especially in the Daisuki Mikke song. I'm looking forward to hear them (her) again :D

The story in the manga hasn't really moved lately, Though every chapter give you a lot of LAWLs and I mean a lot. I wonder how it would end? My freakin head gave me this..

Yeaaaaahhh!!

I realized I don't want to know how the story would end. I just wanna enjoy more LAWLs :D

I'm currently watching the Tower of Druaga - Sword of Uruk anime, by Gonzo of course, for I have time to relax more.

My life: I really love being busy with many things, that I have things to do everyday, although my time for leisure is really decreasing.. really.. lol! Though I don't really regret anything of it.

Back to topic So why watch this when theres so many much worthier? Well its because of the frustration for na unclear, hanging, and damn ending of its first season. I'm also curious about Kaaya and Neeba (traitors!!) intentions in going to the Mythical Tower, and the King Gilgamesh's goals.

Adding up, I also missed Jil's stupidy, though his gags are not really good to me.. but why do I miss? can't answer lol!

I'll write (maybe not sure) some thoughts about the whole second season after I finished it.

Its Haruna's personality change debut, thanks to the clumsy Run. Love the Haruna Rito scene, especially when she steps on him... lol :D There's really a lot to lol in this chapter, can't wait for the release..

Spoiler:

In the girl's locker room, everyone is changing clothes. Lala talks to Haruna about Celine and Rito. Run overhears this and thinks about the new item she ordered that she'll use on Lala. Later, Lala and Haruna are walking in the hallway with Oshizu. Run hides in a corner armed with her 'super-sni' spray, which will temporarily make someone into a horrible person. (With this, Rito-kun will hate Lala and appreciate me and me only!).

Run slowly approaches Lala when Ren suddenly says, (Hey, Run! What kind of weird things are you planning to do to Lala?) Run yells at Ren to go to sleep, then approaches Lala again. Suddenly the pervert principal shows up and asks Run to sign his body. Run tries to escape but accidentally uses the spray, which affects Haruna.

While Run is being chased by the principal, Rito and Lala ask Haruna if she's okay. Rito tries to help Haruna up, but Haruna suddenly yells, "Shut up, you're bothering me. Keep your hands off me, you pervert!!", which stuns Rito. Haruna then grabs Oshizu's breasts from behind while telling her she looks so cute, then licks her neck Haruna then runs away laughing. Peke wonders if she hit her head. Rito says there's no time to waste and goes after her.

Lisa and Mio meet up with Haruna. Haruna notices Mio's not wearing her glasses.

H: "Where's your glasses?"
M: "Oh.."
H: "Give them to me."
M: "W, why all of a sudden...." *sweat*
H: *glares* "GIVE. THEM. TO. ME."
M: "Y...yes..."

Haruna puts them on and says she feels dizzy

Saruyama notices Haruna and asks when she started wearing glasses. He passes by her when Haruna yells, "Who do you think you are, walking by me so casually!! Show me some respect!!" Saruyama misinterprets this and thinks Haruna likes him

Saki is chatting with Rin and Aya about the nice weather when Haruna interrupts them. "What nonsense are you talking about?" *looks at Saki* "What kind of haircut is that, it looks like you have twin drills stuck on your head."

Rito quickly grabs Haruna and drags her away while Saki is speechless

Haruna angrily asks Rito why he is upset at her, and Rito insists he isn't. Haruna demands that he prove it, then takes off her sock and demands him to kneel. She kicks him and tells him to lick her leg like the loyal dog that he is. She taunts him while saying if he doesn't do it soon she'll step on him.

Rito thinks to himself, (This type of Haruna....I hate it!!!)

Saruyama shows up and sees Rito getting stepped on by Haruna. Rito begs Saruyama to help him, but Saruyama insists that Haruna step on him too

Later, Lala discovers the spray bottle that Run used, and Peke notices that Run was the one who ordered it. Lala wonders where Rito and Haruna went when suddenly Rito runs past her with Haruna on his back, like a horse

H: "Faster, you dirty workhorse! Faster!!"
R: "Sairenji~~~please return to your old self soon!!!"

Saruyama and the principal both chase after them, wanting to be Haruna's horse

Lala wonders what everyone's up to, and Peke insists they leave them alone for a while

Web Founder Warns Against Website Snooping

Tim Berner Lee, the founder of the World Wide Web, has raised his own concerns about Website Snooping.

Surfers on the Internet are at increasing risk from governments and corporations tracking the sites they visit to build up a picture of their activities, the founder of the World Wide Web said on Friday.
Tim Berners-Lee, whose proposal for an information management system at the European Organization for Nuclear Research CERN 20 years ago led eventually to the World Wide Web, said tracking website visits in this way could build an incredibly detailed profile of who people are and their habits.
"That form of snooping I think is really important to avoid," he told an anniversary celebration at CERN.
Technology now being developed will make it easier to decide who can see material one posts on the Web, and in what circumstances. For instance people may not want prospective employers to see an album of holiday photos, he said.
Berners-Lee, a British software engineer who is now a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), said innovation on the World Wide Web was speeding up.
"The Web is not all done, it's just the tip of the iceberg," Berners-Lee said. "I am convinced that the new changes are going to rock the world even more."
One big change that is coming is "linked data," in which individual bits of data are machine-readable, not just the Web pages they appear on.
That would allow users to link readable data to similar data and manipulate it, for instance putting it in spreadsheets or plotting graphs. The sum of human knowledge would then grow exponentially in what Berners-Lee calls the Semantic Web.
Examples would be students accessing data from research institutes, or ordinary people getting hold of government data -- paid for by taxes -- to improve websites.
The system would allow investors to process the data contained in company press releases.

I'm going Web Ramp Up Developers day tommorow!

The Web Ramp Up event,brought by Microsoft, is the biggest Developer Day held in the Philippines. This event was introduced to me last week, and didn't hesitated to buy a ticket for web events only comes to our area once in a blue moon.
The event will last from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, I have a long day with them :D They will also serve free lunch. Cause Microsoft owns the event, all products to be discussed in the event are theirs (common sense).

No Gundam Series for 2009!

Sorry for those who loves the Gundams (T_T) but there will be no new Gundam TV series for 2009, but there will be a short Gundam movie on August. Its something to look up for.

Gundam 00 is still airing on Japan and on the net as well ( thank you subbers!). I haven't had the time to watch half of the released episodes, but I have my brother to save a copy for me.

The Gpara.com website reports that Bandai President and CEO Kazunori Ueno said on Wednesday that "there are no plans to broadcast [another Gundam] television series in 2009." Ueno was responding to a question posed during a press conference: "Will a new work be announced in 2009 to commemorate the 30th anniversary [of the Gundam robot anime franchise]?" There will be a short movie produced to mark the anniversary at August's Gundam Big Expo convention in Tokyo.

Bandai's parent company, Bandai Namco Holdings, held this press conference on Wednesday to announce the Mobile Suit Gundam 30th Anniversary Project, which consists of three phases. The "Real G" phase will erect a 18-meter-tall (59-feet-tall) "life-size" statue of the original RX-78-2 Gundam robot in Shiokaze Park on Tokyo's artificial Odaiba island. The statue will stand for two months. The "Feel G" phase will be the Gundam Big Expo, the anniversary convention which will be held from August 21 to August 23 at the Tokyo Big Sight convention center on Odaiba, just four train stops away from Shiokaze Park. Finally, the "Soul G" phase will be a Gundam 30th anniversary commemorative live concert which the promoters aim to hold in 2009. The overall theme for the anniversary project is "Always Beginning."

The Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Second Season anime project is currently airing in Japan, but it started in October of 2008 and it is scheduled to end on March 29. A new, as yet unnamed series will mark the anniversary in Kadokawa Shoten's Gundam Ace manga magazine.

Sunrise has produced event anime shorts to mark Gundam's anniversaries in the past. On the 10th anniversary of Gundam, the Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket video series and the "All That Gundam" event anime short debuted in 1989. For the 15th anniversary, Mobile Fighter G Gundam (the first Gundam anime set in a different timeline from the original Gundam series) premiered on Japanese airwaves. Sunrise marked the Gundam's 20th anniversary with its Big Bang Project, which consisted of Yoshiyuki Tomino's Turn A Gundam television series, the live-action G-Saviour television special, the theatrical versions of the Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz and Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team series, and Katsuhiro Otomo's Gundam: Mission To The Rise event anime short. The 25th anniversary ushered in the Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam movie trilogy, the Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny sequel, and the Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO: The Hidden One Year War computer-graphics project.

Just read the manga randomly, tired of look at long lists manga indexes. I thought of it as as full action manga, judging on first impressions.

The main character is Maria Rose, yeah that girl on the left image, freakin fool me with that serious look. Side characters in the story is always saying she's cute, but I really don't find her that way (I'm not a red hair fan!). She's the type who ignore compliments. The sword she is wielding is called the "Fake Consuming Inferno" (yeah a fake), though it was confiscated for breaking the "Object D'art Judi-chan". O_o

I didn't really got the plot at the first chap, but I really loled alot especially when Azian, another side character, showed up. I wish to congratulate him for exposing Maria-san's pervertedness lol. ROFL with his stupid corny lines.

"Maria Rose. You are a Rose. I am the thorns. I'll remove any harmful insect that dares to trouble you"

The fighting scenes are so cliche, bullying the weak!! Though I enjoy those kind of scenes.

New Prince of Tennis

Didn't noticed it till now that there is a new release of Prince of Tennis Manga. I would'nt have known if I haven't done some scrolling.. lol

So Echizen still has the same attitude, and still doing the impossibles. I really don't know what the writer is thinking, creating the impossible of tennis. Echizen hit the guard's whistle without him noticing (Supah impossible). Don't really like this type of stories, maybe they should have added some fantasy stuff to make it more lame. Prince of Tennis fans will really love the first chapter as they would enjoy 58 pages of reading.

With Echizen, the prince as the main characters, guess the side characters?? Seigakus elites who all does impossible sporting. The first showoff is Keikumaru, jumping high to reach stare at the surveilance camera, and the second showoff is a tie between Kaidou & Momoshiro, who Jogged and Biked to go to faaarrr venue (take note its faaaar). Some of the other Teams were there too. Too many to mention.

Seigaku were showing their individual branded skills. They should be called as the show off team.. I think all teams deserved to be called show offs. Yukimura Seiichi "The Child of God" was also there, but only noticed him on page 58. He's not special anymore lol.

There were about 300 students who have registered to join the selection camp, which is damn too many for them to hold. 250 tennis balls were dropped from the sky, and the one who can't get hold of a ball will go home, talk about elimination system. Our middle schoolers got so many balls for them (hurray show offs!). Echizen Ryoma shows at the last 2 pages, also getting a ball.

A young girl loses her balloon, but Yami is nearby and retrieves it for her. The girl thanks her and thinks she's an angel because she has wings

Lala calls Yami over and announces to her and Mikan that she's completed the transformer device (read ch 43), and Mikan is eager to swap bodies with Yami. After the transformation, Mikan is excited and wants to play around with her new body (no, not like that pervs). Yami says that she'll be going back to the house with Lala.

Mikan tests out Yami's wings, but they quickly disappear. Mikan thinks that handling Yami's powers might be harder than she thought. Meanwhile, Lala asks Yami how she feels in her new body, and Yami admits it seems strange. They run into Nana, who is unaware of the change. The horny principal then shows up and tries to grab Yami, but she makes quick work of him. Yami is impressed that she's still agile even in Mikan's body.

Nana witnesses this and thinks Mikan's become super strong

Lala tells Yami she'll head home later, so Yami goes and is greeted by Rito, who thinks she's Mikan. Rito notices something different, but Yami tells him he's just imagining things. Rito asks what's for dinner, which surprises Yami since she's not familiar with cooking. Celine is sleeping while all this is happening. Yami decides to prepare what she knows best: taiyaki. She makes taiyaki soup, taiyaki salad, and taiyaki pilaf :3vil:

Rito eats the weird food and tries to look like he's enjoying it, but thinks, (Is it just me, or is Mikan really serious today? Is she also angry?)

Meanwhile, the real Mikan is being chased by the principal, who thinks she's Yami. Mikan stops him by making a frying pan out of Yami's hair and whacking him with it The principal peeps at her through the pan's reflection, and Mikan whacks him again

Yami asks Rito what kind of 'weapon' he uses to clean the bathroom, and says she'll try it. Rito notices that she addressed him by his full name, something that Mikan never does. Yami says she'll try a bottle of detergent that she found, and Rito quickly calls her over. Rito checks Yami's forehead, which makes Yami blush :-[ He tells her that it feels hot, so she should watch some TV in the living room and not worry about the chores tonight.

Yami watches TV with Celine and sees a preview for the upcoming Magical Kyoko movie, along with some sports. Rito brings Yami some tea, and Yami is surprised at how warm it is. Yami asks if Rito's always so nice, which confuses Rito a bit. He says they're family and he means well, so he does his best.

Later, Lala uses the machine to restore Yami and Mikan to their original bodies. Mikan says that despite spending most of the time running from the principal, she had fun. Yami says she had a valuable experience, and she's a little envious of Mikan :astonished:

Dinnertime, Mikan asks what the heck is up with the taiyaki bowl, while Rito still thinks she made it

lol.. Yami and Mikan are gonna switch bodies.. can't wait to see it in action.

Immortal Regis unexpecting end

The last 3 chapters of Immortal Regis were just released this week, and unexpectedly ended. It was a very hanging ending as the story is very incomplete.

I've noted the skills on some stones:
De Pore - Very powerful stone of chaos that can turn the weakest to the best. De Pore is more on giving strength and power, so its a destructive type.
Semek - De Pore's best enemy, as Semek's skill is to null magic stones when directly hitted by his arrow. Semek is more on ranges. Both De Pore and Semek were owned by the Demon clan.
Fortuna - The fortune teller stone. Has the power to change fate for a price. We've seen how it was done on the previous chapters.
Maha devi - It didn't really showed some skills except for the last part salvaging Khaladbolg's bowl. It also showed some fortune telling skills from the previous chapters, though faked most of it.
Karladbolg - the stone of the king of chaos or the king itself. All stones of chaos were from Karladbolg. King Noche was chosed by Karladbolg to become its bowl because he was the only existence in chaos near to human. King Noche killed so many in chaos, but I doubt that he was conscious doing that.

The story of chaos will be continued on its sequel, Cavalier of the Abyss. I've read the first chapter but I can't really connect it to the story, except for Shao-shao.

I'm really disappointed for the sudden end. Hope the sequel has De Pore with it. I think I want De Pore.. I have desires.. lol.

Bleach 348: The Lust 2 (Manga)

Bleach has really failed in terms of satisfying the readers. I have 2 points:

Details Insufficient! The story isn't moving and detail of the fights is very insufficient and unsatisfying.
Wasted Pages.. Large area of pages is filled with the black ink (previous mangas had one page) Its really a waste, thinking that they could have moved the story from there.

So Ichigo & Ulquiorras fight continues, no other battles were mentioned in this chapter. Ulquiorra transformed to the 2nd resurrecion, his form that even Aizen hasn't seen. Ulquiorra is really confused to why Ichigo is continuing to fight even though its so clear that he has no chance againt him (very cliché). Ichigo answered Ulquiorra his reasons that he fights because he has to win (cliché indeed). Orihime and Ishida has somehow reached the top, but seeing Ulquiorra intenting to do the kill on Ichigo.

thoughts:

have'nt really got any, I mean no part of this chapter had something to think about. I was really expecting more details about the black Cero.

So will Ichigo die? what a very cliché question huh?

Naruto 438: Breaking the Seal (Manga)

I haven't done any naruto reviews for a while now, just thought about it.

The story has really become more interesting, as Kishi reveals more infos about the characters. What I like more about Naruto's plot is they never failed to give details about certain details, especially in how they do their jutsus and stuff related.

Chapter 438 didn't really give more details, except that Yamato was busy finding Kabuto/Orochi (secret mission?). Naruto turning six tails was really damn unexpected. Hes really near in completely transforming to the fox, and we can see some bones now! So Naruto's four tail form was just the core of his bijuu.

Scenes I liked the most:

Six Tails destroying the 1st Hokages necklace (i think its the main part of this chapter).
When six tailed Naruto stop Pain's Shinra Tensei with four of its tails and transferred the effect.
Six tain Naruto firing the Bansho Tenin.

I hate:

Fillers! the amazed and panicking nins..
Pain running away from six tailed Naruto.

Some thoughts:

Hinata isn't dead yet, she's still kinda concsious ( source: Page 7, the part where hinata was lying). I'm really curious about Pains secret technique "Chibaku Tensei". Maybe its stronger than "Shinra Tensei" who destroyed the City.

What's with this line in the end: "Will Pain Destroy Fox Naruto's Energy?... To be continued in Chibaku Tensei!!"

Adobe Patches Flash, But Expect More Problems

The adobe flash player has really become more vulnerable to hackers. Updating our flash players and Anti-virus softwares is top priority. As the web develops, the hackers are too. Read more of the news:

Adobe's Flash application is great for creating and watching rich multimedia applications, but it's one of the applications security researchers fear most because it is highly vulnerable to hackers. The application has come under more intensive scrutiny recently after Adobe issued a patch for yet another vulnerability discovered earlier this week.
"We're spending a lot of time researching the vulnerability of Adobe Flash because we foresee the problem getting worse before it gets better," Holly Stewart, threat response manager at IBM (NYSE: IBM) Internet Security Systems' X-Force research team told InternetNews.com by e-mail.
At the end of 2008, 15 percent of all malicious links were to Flash movies containing malware, Stewart said. She added that people continue falling victim to Flash exploits because most of them do not patch Adobe applications when these are available.
The latest vulnerability lets attackers take control of victims' computers through a buffer overflow, Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) said in a security bulletin. It occurs in Flash Player 10.0.12.36 and earlier versions, Adobe said. The vendor has issued a patch for the vulnerability, which it has named APSB09-01.

Adobe's bulletin said the user must load a malicious Shockwave Flash (SWF) file in the Flash Player before hackers can exploit the vulnerability. SWF files can contain animations or applets with different functions.
That need to download a malicious SWF file first could mean hackers would have to launch a two-pronged attack of the kind that hit the Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) Excel zero-day vulnerability earlier this week.
Adobe did not respond to requests for comment by press time.
The patch released this week also resolves other possible attacks. One could lead to a Denial of Service attack; another, for Linux only, could lead to privilege escalation, meaning an attacker could get more extensive privileges after hacking into a system.

Two other possible attacks are Clickjacking (define) attacks. One affects Windows systems only and the other affects Flash Player itself, Adobe's Web site said.

Adobe's Web site recommends users update to the most current version of Flash Player available for their platform. Users can go to this Adobe site to verify the version of Flash Player on their computers.
Flash Player versions 10 and later are not available for the Microsoft Windows 98 or Windows ME, Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) Macintosh OSX 10.1 to 10.3, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 and 4, Adobe said on its Web site. That is because they are not supported on older operating systems and these operating systems' manufacturers will not fix problems in them, according to Adobe's Web site.
Adobe has developed Flash Player 9.0.159.0, a patched version of Flash Player 9, for users who cannot update to version 10. It can be downloaded from this Web page.
This is the second time since November that Adobe has had to issue a patch for Flash.
Security experts contend that Flash Player has too many features that are hidden so users cannot configure it. "Flash is a frightening technology in that Adobe has tried to make it do so many things in addition to playing content," Randy Abrams, director of technical education at antivirus vendor ESET, told InternetNews.com.
"If Adobe doesn't get real smart about making the Flash Player user configurable, they may end up playing second fiddle to Microsoft Silverlight instead of being in the lead as they are now."
Flash and Silverlight are locked in a heated battle for market share.

Never came into my mind that a tragedy would happen. Just last week my blog (http://www.nixakki.net) was down because of hardware problems in our host. It was the first time for me to encounter such situation, where you could do nothing more but wait. Making it worse, all of my write ups were no where to be found in my database (no backups).

I decided to create a new blog, but instead of having in a web host, I decided to put it in Blogger. I was really going for wordpress at first cause my blog was totally wordpress, but unfortunately I wont be able to use my domain if I did. Wordpress asks for $10 payment for custom domains, and I don't feel like spending for it.

I didn't really like Blogger, but I was just really caught by my first impression for it; there's so many ugly blogs that are hosted in blogger. I've learned to appreciate this platform for it is very customizable if you just use your head (if you have one). Another thing is that I can freely use Adsense to generate some income for this site and myself. To conclude, Blogger is great!

Even though I lost my contents, I can still see a bright light of success infront of me. I've thought the situation as a new challenge and learning. I still stand as a blogger :D
